My name’s Angela, I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer with more than 11 years experience in helping people loose weight, get fitter, stronger and moving better.
Before I had my 2 wonderful children, I worked up in London out of Fitness First in St Paul’s. Working in a gym environment for so long was wonderful but it did give me a huge insight into how I wanted to get away from the static machines, which so many people would gravitate to. Our bodies are built to move, we need mobility and flexibility through our joints and muscles in order to do the exercise we enjoy to reach our goals. I now have a huge drive to get clients moving and to achieve great things from their training.
My sessions are tailored to your personal goals and are fun, varied and progressive.
I offer 1-1 training, pre & post natal sessions, group training and a new and exciting boot camp which takes place every Wednesday in Alexandra Park in Epsom.
